Greetings,
I am doing a new install of Surveyor 6. Have the server setup and the license imported. The console appears to be functioning normally.
I've tried to install the client on a few PC's. It installs with no errors, but the devices are not showing up in the console. When I look at PwrMgrService.log I see a repeated error every time it tries to check in with the server.
Here is the error I receive:
2012-01-24 14:59:05,018 WARN [0x00000d90] Failed while connecting to the PMP server: Received an HTTP response code of 500; content=Receivera:InternalServiceFaultThe specified Tenant does not exist or has been deleted.The specified Tenant does not exist or has been deleted. at Verdiem.Enterprise.Services.TenantService.FindCurrentTenant()
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The database was created using a SQL script prior to installing the Surveyor server. When performing the Surveyor install in this way, you need to restart the Surveyor server after the install completes. This will ensure that the DB and the server services are synced and able to accept new client connections.
