Symptoms

The Lenovo M55 desktop computer with a BIOS version earlier than 49 may not resume correctly from sleep or standby.

Solution

Upgrade the BIOS to version 49 (or the most current) before enforcing SURVEYOR power management policies.

Note: The appropriate process for upgrading the BIOS varies according to the BIOS make and model number. Please contact the computer manufacturer for the correct process.
